How to Order
Ordering with Zoco Home Pro is simple and designed for professional orders.
Follow these steps to place your order:
Step 1. Log In to Your Professional Account
Access your Zoco Home Pro account to view trade pricing and place orders.
New here? Register as a Professional to apply.
To get started, complete the registration form with your company details, including a valid VIES VAT number. Once submitted, our Customer Support team will review your application, activate your account, and assign your corresponding trade tier based on your profile.
Once your account has been approved, you will be able to log in, access trade pricing, and place orders directly through the platform.
Please note that customers will only be able to view and purchase with the trade discount corresponding to their current tier status. Once a higher loyalty tier has been reached and validated, the new discount level will automatically become visible and available on the platform.
Step 3. Review Your Cart
Open your cart to review the selected items. Make sure all quantities, configurations, and product options are correct before continuing.
Step 4. Submit Your Draft Order
Once your selection is ready, submit your order as a Draft Order. This allows our team to review availability, calculate shipping costs, and ensure everything is ready for your order.
Step 5. Order Review & Final Invoice
Our team will review your draft order and prepare the final invoice, including shipping costs.
You will receive the invoice by email for confirmation.
Step 6. Payment & Order Processing
Payment methods available: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and PayPal.
Once payment is completed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse.
Please note that items can also be collected free of charge from our collection point located in Málaga. Add a note to your order if you are interested in this shipping method.

Zoco Home Pro offers exclusive discounts for professional partners based on annual spend. Our Tiers:
- Bronze — 10% discount
Annual spend up to 1.500€ - Silver — 15% discount
Annual spend from 1.500€ to 5.000€ - Gold — 20% discount
Annual spend from 5.000€ to 15.000€ - Platinum — 25% discount
Annual spend above 15.000€
