Welcome to Zoco Home B2B Online Store. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our B2B services and the purchase of goods through our platform. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to B2B customers, defined as businesses, companies, or individuals purchasing goods for commercial purposes, resale, or business use.

1.2. By registering or purchasing on the platform, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity and not as a private consumer.

1.3. Zoco Home reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be available on our website and will take effect upon publication.

1.4. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions is required during the registration process on the Zoco Home Pro website: pro.zocohome.com.

 

2. Account Registration

2.1. To access the B2B Online Store, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. Zoco Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or incomplete information.

2.3. The account holder is solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

 

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Zoco Home. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

3.2. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute order acceptance. The contract is only finalized when we issue an invoice.

3.3. Modifications to orders are only permitted prior to shipment and must be communicated in writing to our support team.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional charges, including shipping fees and customs duties, may apply.

4.2. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and any other method specified during checkout.

4.3. Payment term is prepayment unless otherwise agreed upon. 

4.4. Pricing is tiered based on minimum order limits as follows:

  • More than €1,500 before VAT: 10% discount

  • More than €5,000 before VAT: 15% discount

  • More than €10,000 before VAT: 20% discount

  • More than €30,000 before VAT: 30% discount

4.5. For larger projects and bulk orders exceeding standard tiers, special pricing can be negotiated. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your project needs.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges will be added to the order based on volume and shipping destination.

5.2. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and product availability. Zoco Home is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Re-delivery costs due to incorrect details will be charged to the customer.

5.4. Risk of loss and title to goods pass to the customer upon delivery.

5.5. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges will be added to the order based on volume and shipping destination.

 

6. Returns and Claims

6.1. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

6.2. All claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

6.3. Zoco Home reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before approving refunds or replacements.

 

7. Product Warranty

7.1. Zoco Home guarantees that all products meet the agreed specifications and are free from material defects.

7.2. The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.

7.3. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Zoco Home Pro B2B platform, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Zoco Home and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written consent from Zoco Home.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Zoco Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.

9.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

 

10. Force Majeure

10.1. Zoco Home is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaga, Spain.
