Welcome to the Zoco Home Pro B2B Online Store. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our B2B services and the purchase of goods through our platform. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to B2B customers—businesses, companies, or individuals purchasing goods for commercial purposes, resale, or business use.

1.2. By registering or purchasing on the platform, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity and not as a private consumer.

1.3. Zoco Home reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website and take effect upon publication.

1.4. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions is required during the registration process on the Zoco Home Pro website: pro.zocohome.com.

2. Account Registration

2.1. Registration is required to access the B2B Online Store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2. All registration information must be accurate and up to date. Zoco Home may suspend or terminate accounts containing false or incomplete data.

2.3. The account holder is solely responsible for all actions carried out under their account.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Zoco Home. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons.

3.2. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is considered concluded only once the order has been accepted by Zoco Home.

3.3. Order modifications are only possible before shipment and must be communicated in writing to our support team.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, customs duties, and other charges may apply.

4.2. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and any other payment methods indicated during checkout.

4.3. The standard payment term is prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4. Yearly Cumulative Discount Program

Discount tiers are based on the customer’s total invoiced purchases within a calendar year, calculated from January 1st to December 31st.

Customers will only be able to view and purchase products using the discount corresponding to their current approved trade tier. Once a higher yearly purchase threshold has been reached and validated by Zoco Home, the new tier and corresponding discount will automatically apply to future purchases.

Zoco Home reserves the right to review, approve, adjust, or update trade tiers based on account activity, business profile, or purchasing history.

4.5. Custom Quotes & Large-Scale Projects: for large-scale projects, hospitality projects, or bulk orders exceeding standard trade tiers, special pricing conditions may be negotiated. Customers and professionals may request a personalised quotation from our sales team.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, dimensions, weight, and shipping destination.

5.2. Delivery times are estimates only and depend on product availability and destination. Zoco Home shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or any external circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.3. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. Any additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or failed delivery details shall be borne by the customer.

5.4. Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer upon delivery.

5.5. Palletised orders are generally shipped through third-party logistics providers such as Dachser or DSV and are delivered to the shipping address at street level only.

If the customer requires delivery inside the property, floor-specific delivery, assembly assistance, or any additional handling services, they must contact Zoco Home Customer Service prior to shipment. Please note that these services are not available in all destinations and may be subject to additional charges. In certain locations, customers may be advised to arrange local assistance independently.

5.6. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer shall be solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT, local taxes, or other destination country fees. All international shipments are supplied under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.5. Collection in Person (Spain Only)

Customers with a shipping address in Spain may choose to collect their order free of charge from our Málaga collection point. Please add a note to your order if you are interested in this shipping method.

Orders placed before 15:00 are typically ready for collection on the next working day. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with the collection details.

Collection is available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00.

Customers must present their order confirmation email and a valid ID at the time of collection.

If the collection option does not appear at checkout, customers may place their order and contact our customer service team to arrange collection.

6. Returns and Claims

6.1. As this platform is intended exclusively for B2B transactions, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

6.2. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items and must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.

6.3. Claims must include photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

6.4. Zoco Home reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before approving refunds, replacements, or credit notes.

6.5. Made-to-order, customised, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless confirmed defective.

7. Product Warranty

7.1. Zoco Home guarantees that products meet the agreed specifications and are free from material defects at the time of delivery.

7.2. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

7.3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

7.4. Due to the artisanal nature of many products, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, wood grain, or finish shall not be considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Zoco Home Pro platform, including but not limited to images, logos, graphics, texts, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Zoco Home or its licensors.

8.2. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent from Zoco Home.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Zoco Home shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our platform or products.

9.2. Zoco Home’s maximum liability shall in all cases be limited to the total value of the purchased goods giving rise to the claim.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. Zoco Home shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, or any other force majeure event.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

11.2. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
